WMSCOG teaches that Ahnsahnghong is the Second Coming Christ.

The true Christ was foretold in prophecy, born in Bethlehem, born of a virgin, crucified, risen, ascended, and promised to return visibly in glory. See Micah 5:2, Isaiah 7:14, Matthew 1:21-23, Acts 1:11, Matthew 24:27, Revelation 1:7.

A later founder cannot be accepted as Jesus simply because an organization applies selected verses to him.

WMSCOG claims Jesus has a new saving name in this age and that the name is Ahnsahnghong.

Revelation 3:12 mentions Christ's new name, but it never identifies that name as Ahnsahnghong. Acts 4:12 says there is no other saving name under heaven. Philippians 2:9-11 says every knee bows to Jesus.

The Bible never says the saving name of Jesus is replaced by Ahnsahnghong.

WMSCOG teaches that Genesis 1:26 and other passages reveal a female deity called God the Mother.

John 1:1-3 says all things were made by the Word. Colossians 1:16 says all things were created by Christ and for Christ. Scripture never commands worship of a separate mother goddess.

Do not insert a separate deity into Genesis 1:26 when the New Testament identifies the divine Word as the agent of creation.

WMSCOG uses New Jerusalem language to support God the Mother and a present human figure.

Revelation 21:2 describes New Jerusalem coming down from heaven. Galatians 4:26 speaks of the Jerusalem above. Hebrews 12:22-24 points believers to heavenly Jerusalem and to Jesus, the mediator of the new covenant.

Heavenly Jerusalem is not permission to worship another human as God.

WMSCOG emphasizes New Covenant Passover and often frames it as a mark of the only true church.

Jesus used the bread and cup as remembrance of His body and blood. See Luke 22:19-20 and 1 Corinthians 11:23-26. Salvation is by grace through faith, not by belonging to one organization. See Ephesians 2:8-9.

Passover has biblical roots, and Jesus observed it. The problem is turning it into institutional control or a replacement for the Gospel.

WMSCOG teaches the Sabbath as a critical sign of the true church.

God commanded Sabbath rest, and Jesus honored the Sabbath. But Colossians 2:16-17 warns believers not to be judged by sabbaths, and Romans 14:5-6 allows conscience on days before the Lord.

Sabbath observance is not wrong. Using it to condemn all other Christians is the problem.

WMSCOG argues that the cross violates the Second Commandment and should not be used by Christians.

Exodus 20:4-5 forbids making images for worship and bowing down to them. Christians do not worship a cross. Galatians 6:14 says Paul gloried in the cross of Christ, and 1 Corinthians 1:18 calls the preaching of the cross the power of God.

A plain cross can be a reminder of Christ's sacrifice, not an idol. The object is not worshiped.

WMSCOG often identifies Zion with its own organization and feast-keeping system.

Hebrews 12:22-24 says believers come to Mount Zion, heavenly Jerusalem, and Jesus the mediator. John 4:21-24 says true worship is not limited to one earthly location but is in spirit and truth.

True Zion is found in God's reign and in Christ, not in one modern organization claiming ownership of salvation.

WMSCOG presents itself as uniquely restored and necessary for true salvation.

John 3:16 promises eternal life to those who believe in the Son. Romans 10:9-13 points to confessing and calling on the Lord. John 10:16 says Christ has sheep who hear His voice.

The church belongs to Jesus Christ. Salvation is not owned by one institution.

WMSCOG materials teach prayer and witness in the name of Ahnsahnghong as the name for this age.

Jesus taught His disciples to ask in His name. See John 14:13-14 and John 16:23. The Holy Spirit is sent in Jesus' name and glorifies Jesus. See John 14:26 and John 16:14.

The Holy Spirit does not replace Jesus with another saving name.

Some former members describe intense pressure, fear, isolation, and control. The organization disputes many criticisms, so every claim should be tested carefully.

2 Timothy 1:7 says God has not given the spirit of fear. Galatians 5:1 says Christ made us free. 1 Peter 5:2-3 warns leaders not to dominate the flock.

A church should shepherd people toward Christ, not trap them through fear.

WMSCOG criticizes Christmas, Easter customs, and other traditions not commanded in Scripture.

Romans 14:5-6 and Colossians 2:16-17 warn against judging salvation by days, foods, and festival observance. Christians should avoid idolatry but keep Christ central.

Some criticism of pagan or cultural customs may be fair, but that does not prove WMSCOG's false-Christ doctrines.

WMSCOG points to the plural form Elohim and claims it proves Father and Mother God.

Deuteronomy 6:4 says the LORD is one. Isaiah 44:6 says, “beside me there is no God.” John 1:1-3 and Colossians 1:16 identify the Word, Christ, in creation.

A plural Hebrew form is not permission to add another deity. Grammar is not a goddess vending machine.

When challenged, members may claim outsiders cannot understand because they are not God’s children.

Acts 17:11 praises people who tested teaching by Scripture. 1 John 4:1 commands believers to test the spirits. Galatians 1:8 rejects any different gospel, even if preached confidently.

Truth does not fear examination. A doctrine that collapses when questioned is not “mystery”; it is bad doctrine with stage lighting.

Some claims depend on symbolic readings where every mother, bride, city, or feast is made to point to WMSCOG doctrine.

Nehemiah 8:8 shows Scripture should be read and explained plainly. 2 Timothy 2:15 says to rightly divide the word of truth. 2 Peter 1:20 warns against private interpretation.

Symbols matter, but they cannot override clear doctrine about the Father, Son, Holy Spirit, salvation, and the one true God.
